Security guidance for events, trade shows and conferences
Events, trade shows and conferences are increasingly becoming an easy opportunity for Foreign Intelligence Services (FIS) to make contact with Defence Industry businesses. The attached security guidance is provided to all Penske personnel who attend these events, particularly where Penske may host a stand or do a presentation.
Please review the attached guidance prior to any events, trade shows and conference and remain vigilant at all times.
After the event, trade show or conference, complete the debrief form at the below link or discuss with the Chief Security Officer.
